About our Workshops
Our workshops are designed to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga, regardless of your level of experience. Whether you’re a seasoned Yoga practitioner or a curious beginner, we have something for everyone.
Our workshops are led by experienced and knowledgeable teachers who are passionate about sharing their expertise and helping students grow in their practice.
Each workshop has a specific focus and incorporates some of the many aspects of Yoga including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, mindfulness and mantra.
At our workshops, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your Yoga practice, learn new ways of addressing specific areas of your life that you would like to improve, connect with others in a supportive and welcoming environment.
You’ll leave each workshop feeling inspired, refreshed, and empowered to take your yoga practice to the next level.
Yoga for Menopause Workshops
This workshop is designed to help you navigate the changes that occur in the stages leading up to, during and post menopause and discover how yoga can support you through these life stages.
Menopause is a natural part of a woman’s life, but it can be accompanied by uncomfortable symptoms like hot flushes, mood swings, joint and muscle pain, brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety, poor self-image, confusion and so much more. Fortunately, yoga can be an effective way to manage these symptoms and promote overall health and well-being.
In this workshop, we will explore a variety of yoga practices that are specifically designed to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of menopause. We will focus a practice that helps to balance hormones, increase circulation, find deep rest and improve overall flexibility and strength.
Our experienced yoga instructors will guide you through each practice and offer tools to help you through these uniquely feminine stages. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other women who are going through similar experiences and share your own insights and experiences.
Some of the topics we will cover in this workshop include:
- Yoga poses and breath practices for hot flushes
- Breathing exercises to calm the mind and reduce anxiety
- Meditation techniques to promote relaxation and inner peace
- Gentle stretches to relieve tension and improve flexibility
- Restorative yoga poses to help you relax and recharge
- Yoga to increase strength
Whether you are just starting out with yoga or are an experienced practitioner, this workshop is suitable for all levels. We welcome women of all ages and backgrounds to join us as we explore the transformative power of yoga for these stages of a woman’s life.
